Meal replacement bars

Hi everyone
I sometimes have issues with dairy due to my IBS and I'm thinking two shakes a day might be a bit risky. I'm thinking a shake for breakfast and a bar for lunch, which would also be much easier to coordinate with work (I'm a teacher with and no viable access to a fridge).

Those of you who have the bars - do they taste ok, and how have your losses been compared to the shakes?

Hi, I have the bars for lunch and I quite like them! For a start it feels like i am "actually" eating something at lunchtime, rather than just having another drink - odd i know but it's the little things :)

The bars are actually lower in calories than the milkshakes so shouldn't affect your loses. I find the weeks where i have had just milkshakes don't really give me any better loses!

Hope you like them! The only thing I wish is that there was a savoury option for lunch - i find all of the meal replacements a little sweet - but hey beggars can't be choosers and all that - if i am loosing weight I am sticking to it :) x
