    Almond milk for shakes?

Hi, I'm thinking of trying slim fast and thinking of making the shakes with almond milk as its only 32 cals for 250ml so would come to 187 for that 'meal' so could add an extra snack or coffees with milk

Just wondered has anyone tried it?

Amond milk is too low in protein to be used as a substitute for milk.

I use almond milk and I am still losing weight..Some people blend 1 tbsp of peanut butter with the slim fast to increase the protein..give it a go and see how you get on
