Ginger is back

Hello lovely people,

I am back an ready to go, I had a great Christmas and got lots of great gifts, I done the dreaded weigh in this morning and the scales said 16st 3lbs but then that's not as high as my starting weight so my cushion the blow worked lol. back on the shakes today and ready to rock 2015. ps I go on my holidays in 67 odd days yikes better get my finger out xxxx

Christmas is a killer isn't it?

As much as I enjoyed it I'm glad it is out the way over and done with so I can get back to being focused on losing weight.

Yeah im with you there last night I ate the last of my fave chocs as I couldn't look at them waving at me haha x

Yep, I totally get that. It was such a relief when the last of the Christmas goodies went. I know I should either give them away or even throw them away, but no, I ate them knowing that I was being a total idiot but I couldn't stop myself. I had no trouble at all resisting buying them but my downfall were the ones given to us as gifts.
