Introducing myself xxx

Hello All, My names Nas and I just really wanted to introduce myself. After a horrible 2014 (suffered a traumaric miscarriage) and just comfort eating...ive decided to draw the line. I have tried every diet you can name and after getting married 2 yrs ago...my weight has steadily gone up to just over 20st. I feel disgusted with myself and really need a kick up the bum! I have also been to have gastric band hypnotherapy and lost 11lbs thus far...if you stick to it...it really does work!!

So after a week of anniversary celebrations and over indulging im planning to start "shaking"it...literally! my brother is getting married in July and I really don't want to be the fatty that stands out from the crowd!

I need as much support as possible as I start my slimfast journey tomorrow. I feel there's no time like the present...and after all my diets always started on a monday...and failed...so thought of choosing a different day lol.

Hope you guys are all doing well. I love reading your stories and updates. My plan is to do 3shakes a day for this week as i really need a kickstart! Your thoughts and support will be much appreciated!!

2lb loss this week with easter and a little bbq yesterday so im glad x

i won't get to weigh until Sunday morning, but so far so good, hoping I've at least lost something!

Yes I ordered online from superdrug - it's great for half price, I stocked up for a few weeks!
3lb down for my first week. Not a lot, but a step in the right direction! Upping the exercise this week though.

Also ordered from superdrug...was super lucky to find a pack of the meal bars in the 99p store too, they were dumped on one of the shelves! Worth a look ladies! I'm trying to exercise everyday too... Not so bad in this nice weather but will be interesting with the rain next week! X

Well done on the first weeks weight loss I'm going to look into slim fast as not really tried it properly...
