    SLIMFAST NEWBIES - Introductions

    Just wanted to start a quick thread to welcome all you newbies to slimfast. It will be good to hear about the journey of some new slimfasters.

    You will hear a lot of helpful advice and there is always someone here to answer you.

    Join in our challanges - it is a great motivational tool.

    Hi feeling fat! thanks for the reccomendation for this site from slim-fast as I'd been looking for a slimfast forum for a while now! gonna try the july challenge as i'm 2nd day on it! i find it really inspiring that other people are following it too, (thought i was all alone!) good luck guys x

    Hi guys!!!

    Im another new un!! Great site!! I found out about it through the Slim Fast web site. Will be needing lots of support and motivation, I find it hard during the day as hate my job sooooooooo much so tend to comfort eat. But am loving the snack bars especially when your craving something sweet!! So fingers crossed and i must say your all doing amazing massive pat on the back your all an inspiration!! xxxx

    Hello everyone - I too am a FeelingFat recruit!
    I'm at the end of my tether.
    I did weight watchers for 5 years and lost 7.5stone - then gained back 5 stone.
    I went back to WW and over a period of 9 months lost nothing except money
    So I switched to Rosemary Conley, exercised twice a week and over a 6 month period GAINED 6lb
    So I tried to go it alone and for the last 6 months have held steady
    I started a new job and in three months have gained another 7lb

    So here we go - trying something new

    Now I started at 20st 5lb - the SF website says I need more calories but I'm blessed if I can find out how many - does anyone know?
    Last week I lost 1lb
    Any comments gratefully received

    hi new to this site and also found out on the slimfast site. I lose weight pretty slowly and would like to lose a stone. I have to be really strict with myself as the weight creeps up really quickly. I am on my hols in sep so hopefully like to be at my goal for then. Pleased to see slimfast is working well for you all, some great losses which is great motivation for me. Hope this makes sense I'm typing on my phone so may be a few mistakes.
    Next thing to do is get one of them ticker thingys.
