Statistics: Total Weight Loss: 85lb Weight to Lose: 29lb % Lost 33.46% | alymoo i will help if i can,what do you need help with hun,myself and my 14 year old son have lost 50lb and 47lb each on slimfast so if you need anything get in touch,our site seems to be people start then 2 weeks later they have gone ,i have talked to loads of slimfasters on this site then a week goes by and they have gone,slimfast is a long term thing not a quick fix,i think people hope for massive losses but it does not work like that. 1000 cals a day times 7 days= 7000 cals saved 3500 per 1lb loss so 7000 cals 2LB loss.IT TAKES TIME AND EFFORT BUT IT CAN BE DONE.speak to u soon angie and josef x |

My Mood:  Blog Entries: 4 Rep Power: 2 Diet: Lipotrim | apparently anything more than 2lb per week your gonna end up with saggy skin anyway :S and some nice quotes I've seen around like "you didn't put it on in a week don't think it will come off in a week"  I'm coming to live with you Soola I've not been around cos I have fallen off the wagon big time!
