I started slimfast on Friday, which is a bit weird (starting a diet at the weekend).

Anyway I've lost 2lbs over the weekend, even though I went out on Saturday night and got dragged in to a pizza shop by my best freind! I was so good though, I just pinched a couple of here cheesy chips and went home for my slim fast (how good am I!). Usually I'm a monster muncher after a couple of drinks.
