My Mood:  Rep Power: 5  | Back after 9 weeks....... Well what can I say, had my 30th birthday, got married then fell off the diet with only 5ib left to target :0( Put on 9ib and my husband jokingly said I'm letting myself go already! I don't want to go back to where I was so I'm back, I want to shift 10ib and then try to maintain. We're off on our hols 13th sep and I'd like to lose 3ib by then and have pledged to do so in the sep challenge. I'll need lots of motivation as you can tell I slip off it quickly! Typing on my phone so may be mistakes hope you can all understand my waffle..... Anyone know where BL sattsy Louise have gone? Good to see your still motivating people FF, your doing soooo well you should be very pleased with yourself. Good luck everybody xx |
