    I must be good today

    Morning all,

Thought i would make a "must be good today thread" as i have been bad so far this week. I haven't had major blow outs but i have been eating things i shouldn't and i also haven't been sticking to the two shakes a day

My wi day is thursday and if my sneaky wi this morning is anything to go by i will have my first plus week and i don't want that.

So to try and salvage my week i'm going to be very, ultra, extremely good until i wi on thursday. Fortunately i have a lot of decorating to keep my mind occupied with which is also good for exercise so i hope i can do it. If anyone else wants to join me on my " must be good day " then feel free.

Xenical is a weight loss pill that the doc prescribed though i haven't seen any plus of taking it yet.

Well this is my first day back on the slimfast wagon so i have to get a good one under my belt. After trying (and failing) sole source on Cambridge and ending up eating lots i shouldn't i've stayed the same for weeks - so need to get those scales shifting again! 12.10 and so far so good.

I'm having a 'must be good' day too. I felt I pigged out over the weekend. Had a carvery on Saturday when we met a friend for lunch, although it was mainly meat and veg and I went easy on the roast potatoes. Had a cheeseburger yesterday, and and ice cream, and was convinced I'd shove myself back up over 20st again due to pigging out, but got on the scales this morning and had actually lost a pound . Was megga happy and want desperately to get under my next goal of 19st. Just those 4 little lbs to go, so I really must be good.

All I've had today is my morning shake, a cuppa and a boiled egg sandwich (the latter I could have done without but daughter pressured me into it ). No more naughties for me today.

count me in sass, haven't stuck to it properly since last week when we decided to change our weigh in day to thursday from mondays as closer to weekend if we wanted a little something to get us through lol!

every day that i stray makes it harder to get back on it but am determined that stops as of today as the weight must go!

Well i've had about 4 weeks off! I'm very lucky as i didn't put any of my weight back on (EXTREMELY lucky baring in mind what and how much i've been eating!) It is harder to get back on the longer you leave it so jump straight back in - you'll only regret it if you don't.
I think about how much weight i could have lost during those four weeks if i'd stuck it out and it makes me so angry with myself!

Nice to see so many people joining in the 'must be good' day. Some of us seem to be having a real time of it with this dieting lark but we are all here for each other and one 'must be good' day will only lead onto more 'must be good' days.

So lets stick together and support each other every step of the way.

Its now 2pm and i'v been busy decorating my sons bedroom ( cant say its much fun ) but hay must me done. I had my morning shake at about 11ish so will have my afternoon shake at about 3pm. I had a muller light yoghurt for my snack. i'm managing this 'must be good' day okay so far but its the evening when i tend to fail the most.

Good Luck everyone with your 'must be good' days and keep us posted if you need any support.

I have to say that 'normally' i struggle most in the evenings, but when i'm on slimfast i don't seem to have that problem as long as i've got a toffee mullerlight handy! lol
15.17 & its been a 100% day for me. Had my shakes and my morning and afternoon snack and glugging the water like theres no tomorrow. Am planning on sticking to the plan like glue. Kids have pringles in the kitchen for later but i am resisting the call of the kitchen and trying to avoid them at all costs.

Way to go Rayven, your doing well. The kitchen seems to have some sort of force that's trying to pull me in at the mo, i will resist it. Its 4.19pm now and i've still got my afternoon snack to have but there is only a yoghurt and i don't fancy that so i'm going to wait till dinner though i could kill a sarni now

I have only done 1.5lts of water so far but i will get a refill soon.

Think i'm going to call it a day with the decorating now, need to feed the kids soon so i will start cleaning up. Been okay today having something to keep me focused on rather than filling my tummy.

Well, had dinner but am still hungry & in the absence of diet coke i'm struggling (may have to send the hubby out for some in a bit!) Evenings are always the worst until i get back in the slimfast groove!

well i did very good till dinner when i had a slice of cheese to pick at whilst cooking, i was meant to have a ww meal but everyone else's dinner smelt so yum. It was fagots, mash and veg so i had this too but i had 3 fagots, mash and veg with gravy ( i'm now full to bursting point ).

God i'm so annoyed with myself for eating that, really should have stuck with my ww meal.

Though i was bad with my meal i had managed to be good with my shakes and that was something i have been struggling with, so fingers crossed tomorrow i can have a better meal.

Hope everyone else is going strong. I'm going to watch eastenders soon and then i'm off to bed with a headache so no more munching for me lol bloody good job to after the dinner i had.
