    Thai Restaurant Help!

    Hi, I've got a hen night meal at a Thai restaurant tonight and want to know what are low syn choices? I love Pad Thai but suspect this will be high? (I tend to do EE plan) I really don't want to use flexible syns as I've only got back on track a few days ago so really keen to stick to syns!
