Now you have to find out where Wetherspoons get their jacket potatos from and asked them what process do they use before sending them.

I have acctually emailed them but am waiting for a reply itwas only yesterday I sent it but I am 110% sure it will be the same outcome lol

i eat em as syn free and continue to lose weight thats all the proof i need

I Used to work for Wetherspoons, The jacket potatoes come in Pre cooked and frozen, we just microwaved them to cook. I suspect they rub oil on the skin be for they are cooked and frozen to crisp the skin. We would just micro them for 4 to 5 mins and the skin was already crispy.

Oh my, thats more like it! A girl at my group last week told us all when we were talking about eating out that they were 30syns each, on their own! I can tell her whats what now Thanks for the info!x

haha!!! my friend goes to a different sw meeting to me and her consultant has told them never to eat jackets from wetherspoons for this reason. Its bloody crazy if you ask me, as if you could deep fry a jacket potato!!!
