    Slimming world syns in McDonalds

    Hello,

    Can anyone tell me how many syns are in a mcdonalds breakfast. Its my turn to buy everyone in work one on Sat, just wondering if i can get something?

    It's painful to know that I won't have McDonald's for a long while due to all the syns. At least if I can keep this diet up.
