    Wetherspoons

Hi all, just been to wetherspoons for a curry does anyone know wot the damage(syns) is please? I had the chicken bhuna with basmati rice, it said less than 5% fat but I'm guessing that means nothing in slimming world!! Any ideas? I tried syns online but no luck. Cheers x

The nutritional info will be on the wetherspoon website so you can try the syn calculator

i have tried the calc for you but its hard because we dont know the gram of the portion so i have done for 300 400 and 600 and it ranges between 16.5 and 22. If i were you i would count the higher

Thanks so much, I tried myself but gave up as it was really difficult to work out. I guessed it would be high. Think it's gonna be a gain this week, not been very good :-(
