    Indian on a red day

we're going to a friends tonight and having Indian, I havemt had Indian takeaway for years as I don't like how oily the curries can be.

so far Ive had a red day and wouls like to keep it that way, I've only had 2 syns so have plenty to use if needed. am i right in thinking a chipati is 4 syns? also what else wouls you suggest i go for? i like spicy food as well.

worse comes to the worse i can go ee as ive obly had one each of the healthy extras.

Personally I usually have a green day if having a curry. Then have a low syn veg curry with boiled rice

For a red day how about tandoori chicken maybe make your own garlicky dip type of thing and have that wrapped in a chappati with salad. ( think you usually get salad with this but you could take your own)
