    morrisons alternative big breakfast

    does anyone know how many syns are in the morrisons cafe,alternative big breakfast??

    its 2 bacon,1 sausage,2 hash browns,fried egg,mushrooms,baked beans,chopped tomatoes

    I'm not sure on exact Syns, but I imagine it will be quite high. The bacon will have it's fat on, and the sausage is likely to be high in Syns too. Plus they will have been cooked in oil, along with the fried egg.

    The hash browns and sausages are usually deep fried (used to work in Morrisons)
