I'm having Chinese for dinner tonight. Can anyone help with syn values?
I'm planning to have chicken fried rice. The books give me a syn value for 310g, can anyone tell me how much that is?

I think most Chineses serve in the silver Chinese rectangular dishes any idea what they would weigh when full?

For anyone else with the same question. The portion size turned out to be 430g
