Fayre and square Thai chicken curry, any ideas!!!!

Hi all i am really new to the site for posting so hope this is right!!

Today we went to the pub Fayre and square but this is not my local and i panicked about picking a healthy choice. They had a section were all meals were under 600 cals.

I ordered the Thai Chicken curry which is served with yellow rice. I have found that the cal is 541 for the meal but have no idea how i would syn it. any ideas would be so appreciated!!!!!

I'm not sure about the curry, but when I go to fair and square I usually get the steak with a jacket potato instead of chips, their mixed grill is also very good if you swap chips for a jacket as the only syns would be the sausage and onion rings which you could either eat as a treat or give to someone else I'm going on Sunday and think I'm going to treat myself to the mixed grill
