Tomorrow is my birthday and rather than going out I have opted for alone fodder from marks and spensers. I am doing extra easy and wondered what decent food I can buy that would keep me within syns etc. I'm sure I read somewhere about a common shank that is free on syns. Sorry its vague but thanks for your help
