    M & s lunch

    Hi all


    I had to get petrol today so decided to grab lunch while there at the M & S. I picked up a full longer Mediterranean chicken with roasted vegetables and toasted almonds. I threw away the Harissa dressing as it looked very oily.

    Does anyone know how they would calculate the syns for this? I'm hoping most of it was free food.

    Does anyone know what the best thing is to get from m & s for lunch while on slimming world?

    Any help muchly appreciated!

    From M&S I usually pick up a salad bowl. They do loads of different varieties - the one with mixed cabbage and mango is particularly nice. I buy a packet of the tikka chicken mini fillets to go with it. Lunch for absolutely 0 Syns!

    the count on us Mediterranean Style Chicken & Roasted Vegetable Pasta, is 9 syns, not sure about the fuller longer one.

    M&S also do a count on us braised steak with carrots and onions which is Free on EE / Red. Perfect if you have access to a microwave at work
