    Supermarket food!!!Help

    Hi all,

    I'm a work tonight and so will be going to get some dinner from a supermarket as I didn't have time to make any! Can anyone recommend something I can get for my tea with not too many syns! I dont mind what it is as long as it's veggie!!

    Assuming you'll still be going home and don't have to eat on the go, how about Batchelor's Pasta 'n' Sauce, many of them are free. Or if you're really struggling for time, what about just a Mugshot?

    Mini Goals
    1. Lose ½st DONE 10/01/13
    2. Get into the 12's - stones that is, not clothes unfortunately! DONE 10/01/13
    3. Lose 1st DONE 06/02/13
    4. Club 10 DONE 27/02/13
    5. Lose 1½st (BMI will be under 30 ) DONE 26/03/13
    6. Into the 11's DONE 26/03/13
    7. Lose 2st DONE 07/05/13
    8. Lose 2½st
    9. Into the 10's (hopefully by my 30th on 21 July)

    Thank you! Yeh usually I will be bringing it back to eat - we have a kettle and a microwave so anything that doesnt require more than that is great! Thank x
