    Italians

    Hi people,
    I'm new to this site and would like to ask if anyone knows how many syns are in penne arrabiata from an Italian restaurant?
    Going tomorrow for lunch and thought this was probs my best option.
    Oh and in only having a half size portion with half salad.

    I usually class it as 6 syns, as the pasta and sauce ingredients tend to be free except for the oil. 1 tbsp of oil is an HEXB so you could even have it syn free, although there's no guarantee they used only 1 tbsp!
