    Can somebody help me choose wisely what to eat? They say planning is the key to success. It's only my 2nd week and I really don't want to mess it up this time.

    Rogan josh, dhansak, jalfrezi, all low syn! Vegetable pilau rice 2.5 syns a portion or even plain boiled rice which is free.

    I had a lovely meal out, I chose meals that were tomato based and avoided nan bread! Didn't really add up Syns back own plan today. Weigh inns Wed, so the scales will tell. Thanks ladies x
