    Has anyone been before I never have!

    So obviously I will avoid the roasties. Plenty of veggies and meat - is there anything else danger zone wise I should be aware of?! X

    Goal Date: Ideally March 2014 for my nieces wedding, but if it takes longer than that well thats fine too :)

    I go regularly. Normally stick to turkey or beef and have plenty veggies but no potatoes as they are usually cooked in fat/butter. I tend to stick to a main meal only and have repeat vegetables. My local does a bottomless diet coke so always plenty to drink too.

    I don't walk out hungry and thats the best part. Even with no starter or pud there's plenty to eat.

    I used to work there, be aware they pour this 'butterbiz' stuff on top of everything inc veg so it looks tasty!!

    Under 80kg (12st 7) DONE
    Under 76 (11st 13 - original goal weight) DONE

    No longer overweight BMI (71kg)
    70kg (11st & current goal, BMI 24.9)

    Current Goal...
    11st (or less!) by 10/06/13 - Holiday!!
