Hey guys. Im going to costa coffee in a bit. We usually have a large caramel latte!! How many syns are in a small one? Or should I just have skinny coffee! Help xx

App says -

Small skinny latte - 4.5 syns
Medium skinny latte (eat in) - 5.5 syns
Medium skinny latte (takeaway) - 6 syns

Have some sugar free caramel syrup in it and you have a SW friendly version of your favourite :)

Where can I get sugar free syrup from?? Do costa do it x

No just ask for skimmed milk + deduct fm your allowance :-) x

I always asked for skimmed milk and sugar free syrups like the others have suggested. Tastes lovely and I always use it as my HEA :D I have at least one most weeks and its not affected my weightloss. I love still being able to have 'treats' on slimming world

I went costa today and had peach and gingerbread tea...lovely x

ive only ever had a black Americano from costa but their fruity teas are meant to be nice!

The teas do sound interesting! I always have the same thing - a medio Costa Light (4.5 syns) with a shot of SF caramel syrup if I'm feeling naughty.

I never use my HEXA allowance, just purely because I don't know how much milk they use and I don't want to inadvertently go over...

Can't wait for my next trip to Costa. Will be trying the SF Caramel Syrup.

You cant really taste a difference between normal syrup. I go at least once a week :) x
