    App says -

Small skinny latte - 4.5 syns
Medium skinny latte (eat in) - 5.5 syns
Medium skinny latte (takeaway) - 6 syns

Have some sugar free caramel syrup in it and you have a SW friendly version of your favourite

I always asked for skimmed milk and sugar free syrups like the others have suggested. Tastes lovely and I always use it as my HEA I have at least one most weeks and its not affected my weightloss. I love still being able to have 'treats' on slimming world

The teas do sound interesting! I always have the same thing - a medio Costa Light (4.5 syns) with a shot of SF caramel syrup if I'm feeling naughty.

I never use my HEXA allowance, just purely because I don't know how much milk they use and I don't want to inadvertently go over...
