Off out with a few of the girls from work tomorrow and they're letting me choose between the Harvester and the Beefeater, whichever one fits in best with SW. Which is more SW suitable and what meals should I be considering?

I would say to go with Harvester, the have unlimited salad and unlimited soft drinks (ie diet pepsi) which you go and refill yourself as and when you want it. Their menus have calories on them as well if you've saved up enough syns for dessert.
They do grilled chicken, steak, prawns. You get a free sauce with any grill as well, and they have the calories by them as well. Most sauces are under 80cals for the whole pot, quite a few under 40 (ie 2syns)
You can choose to have new potatoes without butter, jacket pot or rice to go with any grill as well.
..... I went there tonight haha.
I love Beefeater but they do bottomless chips with their meals... And i know i wouldn't be able to resist that.
Hope this helps.

I would say harvester as I love the unlimited salad and drinks!

Both can be good for slimming world, I've had on plan meals at both.
If you can avoid the bottomless chips and ask for a jacket instead then you'll be fine with something like steak or chicken. It is hard to ask for jacket instead of the bottomless chips though, but I've done it before.
Although you can be on plan at Beefeater, personally I prefer harvester for all the reasons stated above, easy to work out syns on the sauces and puddings as they have the cals there and also there's a wider choice of grills and sides which are free which you can go for. Fill up on the salad bar just avoid any of the creamy sauces ect (with things like the potato salad ect.)
