    Seabass and mashed potato

    Hi. Does anyone have an idea of sun value for Seabass, mashed potato and mushroom sauce? Restaurant was kind of Gastro pub.

    The sea bass would be free, but any oil it was cooked it would be syns (6 syns per tablespoon), mashed potatoes would most likely have butter and milk or cream in them (so you could be looking at 10 syns there) and then the mushroom sauce if it was creamy and cooked in oil would also be synned (hard to estimate that one not knowing the ratio of oil/cream used)
