Help! Soon I will be going out to harvester, can someone please tell me roughly how many syns this plan will be? and do you think the pasta they do there is dried or fresh?:

Starters: Pasta with free salads e.g. carrots, sweetcorn, peppers

Main meal: Spit roast chicken with skin, jacket potato without butter and sweetcorn/peas
