Nandos tonight - help!
Hiiiiii
I'm going Nandos tonight as a friend is visting me, I'd usually give it a miss but by my options nandos sounds most "healthy" on my plan!
Can anyone suggest what I can have? I used to have medium butterfly chicken and chips...bet I can't have that now! Hateee salad, I literally get my superfree from cooked veg and blended fruit, so I'd probably have to eat some veg/fruit when I get home haha
