    Valentines Sampling Menu - How many syns should I allow?

    I'm going out for V day with hubby and we're going to this very good restaurant where we live.
    It does a "sample/tasting" menu with a little bit of everything and I have no idea what to save in order to make sure I dont go over my syns.


    Any advice of how many to save would be very much appreciated!

    Menu

    Crab broth Lobster ravioli

    Garlic and parmesan arancini Confit tomato, baby spinach

    Seabass Canteloupe butter sauce, asparagus

    30hour belly of pork Wild mushroom, cherry and liquorice

    Aerated chocolate Raspberry and lime

    cheese board Brie de meaux, blacksticks blue, crispbreads

    You really couldn't even estimate which I suspect is why no one has answered. There's just no way you could work that out.

    Just enjoy it and make sure you are on plan for all other meals and days.
