Best way to plan for a night out???
Hi all, I have my first night out planned on Saturday since I started SW. We are going for a honest and I plan to have a few drinks. What is the best way to handle this. Save syns all week towards it or have the night 'off'?? I never know if you are allowed to save syns towards these sort of things. Any advice is brilliant, Thanks, tracey
I've got the same problem, I restarted at group yesterday and I'm supposed to be going out for drinks tomorrow for a friend's birthday! I think I'm going to use my syns and then use less next week but I'm going to check with my consultant when she rings.
Start something today, and in a year you'll realise why you did.
