Have you checked syns online to see if its on there? I'd look for you but I don't go to class anymore.
alternatively if you search online you can find nutritional values through things like mfp or similar to give you an idea of syns.
if you are going for a basic Sunday style roast, you'd only have to syn abit for the oil used on potatoes, butter in veg if they use any and if you have gravy and stuffing xxx
