Red days -grab n go meals?

    Hi all,
I'm tempted to attempt my first red week next week as I need to speed things up a little. However, I am going to gigs straight from work every day from Thursday - Sunday. I normally take a lunch with me to work and for red day I was thinking meat and salad, egg and salad, or meaty sandwiches (using my hex b) but not sure what to do about dinners when I need to grab on the go. I was thinking Subway salads but I dont want one EVERY day for 4 days! haha I was also thinking a quick nandos with chicken and salad would be a low syn meal. Can anyone think of anything else? Like from supermarkets or common chain restaurants that wont take an age to order at?
    Thanks x
    1st5.5lbs away from target!

I'd get a food flask, that way you could take all sorts with you and just eat when your ready, casseroles and stews, soups ect.

Red days can be quite hard for grab and go evening meals to be honest, salad and meat is what I'd go for as well, but not many places do that quickly and easily.
