    Extra Easy: Wetherspoons Sweet Chilli Egg Noodles...question?

    So, i had googled the syn value of these a few times and found that if I added the chicken that would bring it up to about 10 syns but on the wetherspoons menu it states that by adding the chicken you are only having an extra 190 cals. Surely all of the 190cals for the chicken can't have a syn value? considering if you google "grilled chicken breast 100g" it comes back with a calorie value of between 150-165 cals. Surely the syn value for the chicken alone would only be 1-2 syns (20-40) calories...

    Any advice would be gratefully received.

    It might have a high cal marinade, it might be not just 100% chicken breast (eg could be reconstituted and formed). There's obv a reason for it, I've had this dish both with and without the chicken and can say honestly the chicken doesn't add much, I'd rather keep my 10 extra syns! X
