Plain noodles and boiled rice are free from Chinese, but do they not put oil in them at all x

I find the noodles from any Chinese I've had a quite greasy so I'd syn a few syns for oil! But plain boiled rice is free ad everywhere I've been (Chinese buffet for exAmple) just is plain boiled rice no oiliness or anything in it.
