    I had one. There is 221 cals in a veggie delite flatbread, so I say 10 syns. I use cheese as A choice. No the wm sub is higher in cals than white Italian white.

    9.5 hearty Italian
    11.5 honey oat
    11 cheese and herbs
    9 Italian white
    9.5 wheat
    16.5 wrap
    10 syns flatbread

    Sorry can't use wm bread as B choice

    You are welcome. I went in yesterday and asked for syns on them but they didn't know. I estimated the salad to be about 50 cals so worked out prob an overestimate that the flatbread is that. Just to be safe until they have a nutritional info on it at subway xxx

    Turkey breast and ham salad is free and so are most except the chicken tikka (3 syns) and sweet onion teriyaki, the sauces are all synned quite high my usual meal there is turkey breast and ham salad bowl, with all salad except olive gherkins and jalapeños and I have it with honey mustard (1.5) or sweet onion (2). I also have greater cheese and count this as heA

    It's low fat mayo in subway.. Hope this helps
