Im new to SW so still finding my way around.
When you go out for a meal or have a 'day off' do you count syns or do you just enjoy yourself and hop back on plan the next day?
No reason for asking, im just curious
Of course I do, why would I want to undo all the hard work.
I only started yesterday but I think I will have to otherwise I would just find excuse to eat out all the time
If I have a special event like a birthday/anniversary then I usually eat on plan for breakfast and lunch then enjoy my meal and get right back on plan so no I don't syn special things like that but when I usually go out for lunch/dinner normally I do syn
From what I can gather(in only started on Wednesday) it's still best to count syns. Otherwise what is the point of working hard for the rest of the week... Its easy to choose low syn meals though... If you go to a group... Have a look on the slimming world website- there's lots of guides to eating out at specific restaurants! Hope this helps x
