Eating Out Menus & Counting Calories

    Hi Everyone ,

Thought it might be easier if I put up a thread with nutritional info for most of the popular eating out places to help everyone plan their meals when going out ! (As a general rule, 20 cals = 1 syn ).

Most companies have their menus listed on their websites with the calorie info included. I thought it might be easier to have them all grouped together, to save you looking in different places. Hope this helps .

If you would like to see any of your other favourite menus, just let me know and I will try my best to post them up on here.

    Kay xx

Hi hun , I've added both to the list. With the Aagrah Indian Restaurant, they don't have nutritional information on their menu, so I have posted a general one for Indian restaurants. I did manage to find a paragraph on their company website which says they do cater for low calorie options on request, here it is :-

Aagrah also cater for special dietary options including gluten free, fat free, low calories, healthy and vegetarian dishes without compromising on taste - See more at: http://www.aagrah.com/restaurants/de....KBenECyw.dpuf

    Hope this helps hun .

Hi Kay! Yes, brilliant thanks. Went to a Crown Carvery tonight and phoned through first to see if they could do a plate of veg without butter. Amazingly, they don't add any butter anyway to their vegetables - apart from cauliflower cheese obviously, but they could also cook some fresh caulis on its own! Interesting to know for future reference eh! Regards Rob :-)
