    Nandos mash or garlic bread?

    Hi Guys,

CANT BELIEVE a butterfly chicken flamegrilled, spicy rice and corn on the cob in nandos all amounts to 6 syns? AMAZING !!!!!!!!!!!
Gutted to see the nandos chips were so high in syns so wondered about an alternative, the mash or the garlic bread? I cant find any syn info on the online search for these. Do any of you have any idea??

    Thanks in advance xxx

No idea on syns but I'd say the mash has got to be better than garlic bread, at least the potatoes are free, it's just the butter etc they use that is a problem. I'd got for that over the bread.

The Grilled Halloumi Cheese is also only 3 Syns.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but I'd guess the mashed potato / garlic bread to be just as high as the chips due to all of the butter / cream / oil they probably use in them
