We're having a family meal at las iguanas tonight and really need help with anybody who knows which option would be low syns for me? I'm vegetarian too so no meat or fish. If anyone has a clue or any tips then please let me know! Thanks xx
I'm going there today. Gonna have flaming bird. The peri peri sauce is about 2 syns a tbsp. with salad. I reckon it'll be about 6 syns. If I was doing veggie, I'd try the halloumi salad.
