    Beefeater Extra Easy

    Hi all

Sorry if this has already been covered but only joined SW on Thursday and am off for a meal to a Beefeater tomorrow and wondered about free food and syns there....

I'm happy to have chicken and a jacket/salad but when they say on the menu it's chargrilled, does it really mean it? Or would it be cooked with oil?

Any help and/suggestions would be great. Thanks

The only way to find out whether they brush it with oil before putting it under the grill is to ask them.

I went for lunch at a beefeater today. Pretty poor choice in my eyes. No option of jacket potato instead of chips. Very little for healthy chicken or fish (1 option of each, ask for no sauce). I opted for the vegetable linguine, sadly the garlic bread jumped into my mouth too!

Is advise avoid if you have a choice of restaurants.

I find it one of the better options. Can substitute chips for rice or salad, chicken, steak, salmon and pasta options. Happy to serve dressing on the side.
