Feel like i'm wasting syns
Going to an Italian restaurant tonight and looking at the menu the best option for me as I'm veggie is penne Napoli (tomato and basil). Now this sounds really boring although could ask for some chilli in it. I feel I could make it at home syn free when this one probably has lots of oil in it!
Yup, I agree. But that's just the "price" you have to pay for eating out.

Why are you going out? Is it to celebrate something, meet a friend or a relative? In which case, it's the occasion that matters, and the company, not the food. Do the best you can, don't eat too much (despite what my mother told me, it isn't actually a heinous crime not to clear the plate!!), have fun and enjoy yourself.
