    Prezzo - best choice?

    Hi everyone

    I am very new to this but really looking forward to getting to know you all!

    I have just started doing slimming world but I am off to prezzo for dinner tomorrow night.

    Can anyone help me to make the best meal choice? I eat pretty much anything!

    Here's the menu for you to have a look at before you go.

    I've had a look online for you and if you want pizza you're going to be looking at 11 syns for half of the margarita (this is the lowest option) - not too bad really and you could have a side salad, no dressing to boost it up.

    You could go for the steak salad - ask for it without dressing and to be cooked with minimal oil (I would still use my HEXB on this to be safe though) and then you're just syning the olives (4 olives = 1 syn on all plans)

    Pasta choice - I would go for the arrabiatta - and again I would use a HEXB for oil in this, or the spaghetti with prawns.

    Finally, you could have a bash at the salmon fillet with potatoes and broccoli. Ask for it without the sauce or sauce on the side - I'm not sure what this sauce contains though and I'm having trouble finding it online.

    On the Prezzo website they have a nutritional information sheet, makes interesting reading! Looked at what I would usually have and eeek! I am going for a works doo on the 12th and i'm going to go for bruchetta and then either the chicken in marsala sauce with salad (might have chips)? or the light pasta choice (maybe bolognese)? The steak salad is better but I know I wouldn't enjoy it as much and it's a one off treat It's too much money to not enjoy it and that is still way less calories than I would have had pre-sw
    1lb at a time!!
