Zizzis - skinny pizza

I they're less than 500 cals a wholemeal base tomato chicken and peppers with mozzarella. Any ideas on syns!? Xx

Pizza Express do something similar - there Leggera pizzas (the ones with the hole / salad in the middle) are less than 500 calories and are 25 Syns for the whole thing.

The Zizzi's version are likely to be of a similar value, as pizza does not contain any free food allowance so you can therefore use the 20 calories = 1 Syn "rule".
