I'm going to a works do to Bella Italia in a couple of weeks. We have to pre order next week. I would like the pizza vita pollo which says it's under 600 cals. It says it is a long, thin, crisp, wholewheat base topped with cherry tom sauce and lemon dressed rocket, with chicken, peppers and granello cheese.
Any idea how I would syn it? can I use the cheese as my hea? And could I use the base as my Heb?
