I went to Prezzo today and had the Salmon Nicoise, one of their new salads. It was lush! I had it without the dressing or the olives to avoid the syns. It does say on the menu that the salmon is oak roasted, so I'm guessing I might need to add a couple of syns in case it was cooked in oil, just to be on the safe side? It didn't taste very oily at all mind. But other than that I think it was syn free. Definitely the best salad I've tried there, and filling!
