Sainsburys lunch

Hey everyone, I wasn't to sure we're to post this but hope someone can help me out.

I have started a new job and things a really hectic and at the moment I am unable to make a syn free lunch to bring to work so most my lunches come from sainsburys, apart from the obvious chicken breast and salad bits do sainsburys have and grab and go lunches which are either syn free or low syn.

I know this is old so you may have already found a solution but I believe Sainsbury's do many of their pasta salad style packs with the dressing in a separate tiny pot, so if the other ingredients in there were free/superfree etc then you should be in control of the syns which would be in the dressing...if that makes sense? Hope your new job is going well.

I do know that in the Sainsburys by my work, they have a salad bar where you can pick and choose various pasta/ salad/ fruit bits! Also can choose your size etc
