Up to date 2015 restaurant syn values

Anyone any upto date syn values for Chinese/ indian or any other places so I know when going out for dinner what is best to have?

As I know chow mein changed from 7 to 24 syns :O

Wow, That's quite a change! How can that be as if people were using those syn values last year and losing, how can it suddenly be three times as much.

See iv not been to class since October so im not sure thats why i am asking if anyone has upto date syn values. I just read somewhere earlier :O x
