Hi was hoping someone could possibly syn a meal I had at a crown carvery from the main menu. Didn't realise it would be so high until I had eaten it. Oops. The nvs are below.

9.2g fat ouch
5g sat fat
60.8 g carbs
11.7 sugar
24.2 protein

Would all depend what the meal was to be able to work out the syns.

Sorry should of said. It was the Quorn lasagne.

Assuming 20 calories = 1 syn, the meal would have been 23 syns.

That equation won't work tho as it doesn't take into account the free food allowance. Altho a guesstimation is better than nothing
