Harvester syns list

Please does anyone have syn list for harvester?

There is one on the website - do you have access? I don't think it can be posted on here because of copyright rules

The list on the Sw website is mostly the desserts. I went to a Harvester a few weeks ago and had a steak, a jacket potato, and salad. There's lots of free stuff on the salad bar. The salad dressings and sauces all have calorie counts so you can work out the syns for those.

I always have the simply chicken with baked potato no butter and peas. I work that out to be syn free and then I just add from the salad bar.
